Late Policy
We understand that delays can happen. There is a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a late fee will be applied per service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment, and a fee will be charged. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows on the same day will incur a charge of 50% of the total services booked, and a deposit will be required for future appointments. Frequent cancellations or no-shows may require full payment of services in advance for subsequent bookings.

Deposits
No deposit is required to schedule an appointment; however, credit or debit card information will be collected to secure your booking. If you cancel your appointment or arrive 15 minutes late, a charge of 50% of the total service cost will be applied. This fee is non-refundable and is not a form of payment for services.

Personal Hygiene
We kindly ask that clients arrive clean for their appointments. If you are feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule. We reserve the right to decline service if necessary to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

COVID-19 Policy
If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive, please reach out to us to reschedule your appointment.

First-Time Clients
First-time clients are required to complete intake and consent forms prior to their appointments. We encourage these clients to thoroughly review the service preparation section to ensure they are fully prepared for their upcoming services. Adhering to these guidelines helps minimize the risk of complications during or after your treatment.

Appointments
Sky Spa operates by appointment only. Please arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made.
